It seems trite to say that you need to be comfortable where you are. To be chill. To be "in the present". The term I am reaching for is "feng shui": being in harmony, neutrality, and balance with yourself, where you physically, mentally and spiritually are at. In a word, being "strong".
Being strong with your physical surroundings is essential for your well being. Strong to sleep in your bed, to get proper rest. Strong to be at your workplace, be it at a desk, station, in front of a computer, or lectern. Strong to be at home, to have harmony and feel centred and balanced.
So think of where you are, and feel for it: are there questions about whether you are strong there? And if there are put your focus and intention to your mid-line and strengthen it. Feel your sense of balance and harmony return. And no you don't need a great whopping big fountain to help you get there. 😀

“The planet does not need more ‘successful’ people. The planet desperately needs more peacemakers, healers, restorers, storytellers and lovers of all kinds. It needs people to live well in their places. It needs people with moral courage willing to join the struggle to make the world habitable and humane and these qualities have little to do with ‘success’ as our culture is the set.”

It is the sum total of our bodies instinct,a visceral conscious intelligence, that tells us what we need to know before we are even mindful of it. So get the mind out of here and indulge, intuit, and revel in the intelligence of the physical universe. |
