I have been reflecting on body aches and pains. Pains that creep up on you - not because of strenuous physical exertions. Often a crick in the neck, aches in the shoulders, one side or both sides of the hip being tight, heaviness behind the eyes, and a general feeling of a deep dull ache that persists despite heat pads, ice packs, liniments, and painkillers.
A number of these pains have emotional origins. As if the unprocessed, and repressed emotions insidiously reside in our tissues until we will them to go away.
Dr Kam's perspective is that:
"The best approach is not to have any negative emotions—you do it by deletion only–never by repressing them, pushing them inside or by suppressing them. That’s what most people do. They suppress them. In fact some people are so proud of themselves, saying they could suppress and forget anything. Once again, the best approach is deletion."
It is never too early to do a spring cleaning of our emotional cupboards.
So go to your midline, and place your intention there to delete and release all prior emotions in your physical body, and be strong to feeling, then letting it go. Try it and see if it makes an improvement to your life.
Stay Strong.
